2. Patient Priority & Facilitation: The Doctour international patients shall receive dedicated bilingual Arabic/English coordination, transparent package billing, and expedited clinical appointments.

3. Data Confidentiality: All medical reports, diagnostic records, and patient communications shall be governed strictly under international HIPAA & Data Protection norms.
